Hatch is seeking a creative, versatile Senior Producer to lead the production of premium audio experiences across our content portfolio—from meditations and sleep music to bedtime podcasts, audiobooks, and ASMR.
This hands-on role moves fluidly between scripting, casting, directing narrators, assembling rough cuts in Pro Tools, and keeping projects on schedule with Airtable, while partnering closely with Strategy, Development, Marketing, and Design to protect Hatch’s voice and quality.
