Junior Social Media Marketer & Campaign Assistant

RJL Solutions is seeking an entry‑level Social Media Marketer to develop and manage social media content for RJL Solutions and clients. You will collaborate with designers, ad specialists, and account teams to grow digital presence, engage audiences, and achieve measurable marketing objectives.
The role requires in‑person work at one of our Indiana locations (Terre Haute, Evansville, or Indianapolis) at least 4 days per week, with a focus on storytelling, creatives, and analytics.
