Junior Campaign Assistant

We are recruiting a Junior Campaign Assistant to oversee field-based promotional campaigns for our clients across the Dallas metro area. This is a customer-facing, on-the-ground role combining elements of marketing execution, team coordination, and direct customer engagement. It is not a desk-based or digital marketing position.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills, a high degree of personal initiative, and a desire to develop professionally within a structured, high-performance marketing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of field marketing and promotional campaigns across assigned Dallas locations
• Engage directly with customers to drive awareness, interest, and acquisition on behalf of client brands
• Coordinate and support junior promotional staff during campaign activations
• Ensure brand standards and messaging guidelines are consistently upheld in the field
• Report on campaign outcomes, customer feedback, and field observations to senior management

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or field-based role is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, people, and timelines under pressure
• Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
