About the Role Citizen needs a freelance environment artist to design a cinematic virtual news‑broadcast set in Unreal Engine 5 for their broadcast studio, with the potential for ongoing set work.
Responsibilities
- Build a 3‑seat arc anchor desk news studio environment with a moody, high‑end look
- Create swappable set variants: standard, cinematic dark, and breaking‑news red
- Frame the environment for both 16:9 and vertical 9:16 delivery
- Ensure the set runs in real time at 60fps+ for live broadcast
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of real‑time Unreal Engine 5 environments with excellent lighting
- No prior broadcast or virtual‑production experience required
Compensation Paid freelance, scoped project, with potential for ongoing set work.
