Brand Content & Marketing Manager

Studio KARO is a New York-based multidisciplinary creative studio working across art, fashion, objects and experiences. The studio brings together visual culture, design and storytelling to create distinctive products and creative experiences.
Studio KARO is looking for a highly creative and proactive Content & Creative Lead to own the brand’s content ecosystem from concept to publication. The role goes beyond social media management, spanning campaign production, content creation, YouTube, product launches, creative collaborations and rollout strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong ideas, take initiative and build systems that help Studio KARO grow into an iconic creative brand.
Responsibilities Run Studio KARO 's Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube strategy
Concept, produce, shoot, and edit photo & video content both independently and alongside the founder
Build content calendars and launch strategies
Edit both long-form and short-form content
Stay ahead of social, fashion, art, and cultural trends
Work with paid advertising partners to develop creative assets
Analyze content performance and optimize strategy
Requirements 2+ years of experience managing or producing content for a creative, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
Must have clear examples of social pages you have run or contributed to and be able to show pieces of work that have performed well online
