Serving as the primary customer contact on a tactical level, the Freelance Senior Account Executive will manage day-to-day account activities, collaborate with project teams, and ensure alignment with customer expectations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage project changes affecting timing, cost, or workload
Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts while providing insights on tactical strategy and brand objectives
Assist in writing project briefs and orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings for new customer requests
Required qualifications
3+ years of relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or related fields
3+ years of relevant agency-side experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
