We’re partnering with a stable manufacturing company in the materials processing industry to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager . This role owns end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for a growing B2B organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead B2B marketing strategy across traditional and digital channels
Manage trade shows, print, direct mail, product launches, and marketing collateral
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re‑engagement
Own digital marketing : website management, SEO, PPC/Google Ads, social media, analytics, and email campaigns
Analyze sales, market, and competitor data to guide strategy
Manage outside marketing agencies and vendors
Support the sales team and coordinate cross‑functionally
Oversee brand messaging, corporate communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven success in B2B marketing (manufacturing/industrial strongly preferred)
Strong experience with SEO, PPC, websites, email marketing, and analytics
Analytical, organized, and project‑oriented
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
