What You'll Do Represent client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
Communicate brand messaging, services, and promotional information
Engage directly with prospective and existing customers
Support brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Help create positive and memorable brand experiences
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team
Collaborate with team members on daily campaign objectives
Participate in ongoing communications, marketing, and leadership training
Support campaign growth throughout the Cincinnati market
