Brand Communications Associate

S.H.O.W. ATL is looking for an energetic and people-focused Brand Communications Associate to join our growing Atlanta team.
In this entry-level role, you’ll help bring our clients' brands to life through face-to-face communication, customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and events. You’ll learn how to effectively communicate brand messaging while creating positive experiences for customers and the communities we serve.
We provide hands‑on training, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or expand a career in communications, marketing, customer engagement, or business development .
What You’ll Do Represent client brands at events, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives
Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally
Engage with customers and answer questions about client products, services, and campaigns
Help create positive and memorable customer experiences
Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team
Collaborate with team members on campaign goals and strategies
Participate in ongoing communications and leadership training
Maintain a professional and positive representation of both S.H.O.W. ATL and our clients
