Account Manager

We’re hiring an Account Manager who’s comfortable owning a full pipeline and driving results. You’ll connect with new and existing customers, uncover needs quickly, and deliver clear quotes with confident coverage recommendations. You’ll manage follow-up, handle objections, and close new policies across auto, home, and life. We move with urgency, track activity, and stay fully compliant—winning business while taking care of people the right way.
What you’ll do

Generate leads and follow up fast (calls/text/email)
Run quick needs-based conversations and quote policies
Explain coverage clearly, handle objections, and close
Build relationships, cross-sell, and retain customers
Keep clean notes, stay organized, stay compliant
What we want

Sales experience (not required) + track record hitting goals
Strong communication and confidence on the phone/in person
Competitive, coachable, disciplined, self-motivated
High school diploma (license/certs a plus; willing to get licensed)
