VP Talent Strategy & Organizational Design

U.S. Bank is seeking a Talent Consultant (VP Officer) to drive enterprise and business line talent strategies, leveraging recruiting, learning and development, retention and organizational development. You will coach senior leaders, act as a culture champion for inclusion, and work with HR COEs to align people analytics with business goals.
Three or more onsite days per week are required at a U.S. Bank hub location, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making and organizational effectiveness
