Leaf Home is seeking a Director of FP&A, Marketing to own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis of our marketing investments. You’ll connect spend to leads, appointments, sales, and revenue, partnering with the CMO, SVP of Marketing, and channel leaders to guide where the dollars go.
You will model seasonality and market expansion to ensure alignment with sales capacity and installation schedules, and you’ll drive ROI across digital, direct mail, print, and TV campaigns.
