Total Compensation Potential: $87,000–$107,000+ per year
Blue Shore Media Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Account Executive to sell radio, digital, and outdoor advertising throughout Kendall County and surrounding communities.
This is an on-site position based in Boerne with regular local travel to meet business owners, develop relationships, attend networking events, and generate new advertising partnerships.
Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business
Sell radio, digital, and billboard advertising
Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
Build and maintain long‑term advertiser relationships
Attend networking and community events
Manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales pipeline
Meet monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications Previous sales experience required
Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation
Must live in or near Kendall County
