Marketing Manager

About This Role We're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Gas services. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to enhance brand recognition and boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities Create and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals
Perform market analysis to identify audiences and customer preferences
Manage campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine approaches
Oversee marketing budgets and resource distribution
Maintain stakeholder relationships
Manage brand strategy and development
Coordinate with sales and product teams
Track and report performance metrics
Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategy
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Leadership and team management competencies
Creative problem-solving capabilities
Must pass drug test
