Neara is seeking a proven Enterprise SaaS sales leader to manage the US region, drive revenue targets, and scale a high-performing AE team. You will own end-to-end sales processes, account planning, and regional forecasting while coaching reps to higher productivity.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, travel to client sites and events, and help Neara expand in the Americas as we scale toward multi‑hundred million ARR.
