Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview stages
Manage offers, communicate with candidates, and support the onboarding process
Maintain ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports
Требования 6+ Months in full-cycle recruitment
Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists is required
Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search
English level B1+ - written communication and reading
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Nice to have: Experience with ATS/CRM systems
