Remote VP of Performance Marketing, Multi-Brand Growth

CSC Generation is seeking a Vice President of Performance Marketing to own the paid media strategy and P&L across 13 brands, including Sur La Table, Backcountry, and One Kings Lane. You will set multi-year direction, build a strong team, and report to the leadership team.
In the first year, align the portfolio with a unified performance marketing strategy, establish a scalable team structure, and improve blended CAC and media efficiency.
