AD Operations Specialist

Client: Well-Known Advertising Firm

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days/week in office, 2 remote)

Role: Digital Ad Ops Specialist

Pay: $55,000 to $60,000/year

Responsibilities

Launch, schedule, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet goals.

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution and reporting.

Identify and troubleshoot campaign delivery, targeting, and tracking issues.

Review campaign data and recommend improvements to maximize performance.

Prepare and QA ad creative, tracking tags, and media assets before launch.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

1-2 years of digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign trafficking experience.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital ad tracking.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
