Build and scale the performance marketing engine from the ground up.
Own acquisition, landing pages, attribution, and funnel optimization.
Key Qualifications:
4-8+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or AI.
Hands-on experience managing $50K-$250K+ monthly paid media spend.
Fully remote in the US with direct founder access.
High autonomy with a path to broader growth leadership.
