Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
Overview:
Join a dynamic creative team as a Social Media Content Creator and take ownership of innovative content across multiple platforms. This role is critical in shaping the brand’s modern voice on social media, primarily focusing on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. If you’re passionate about storytelling, trend-spotting, and producing engaging visuals that inspire and educate, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience creating content for brands or agencies, with a proven portfolio of original, finished work

Strong hands‑on skills in shooting and editing video; comfortable appearing on camera

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube formats, algorithms, and audiences

Knowledge of paid social strategies and content performance optimization

Ability to translate vague ideas into compelling, on‑strategy content

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑changing environment

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience producing content that performs well on multiple platforms

Knowledge of animation, graphics, and still imagery creation

Ability to coach interview subjects and execute single‑day shoots efficiently

Familiarity with legal and clinical review processes when needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in creative, marketing, or communications‑related fields is preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently, identify opportunities proactively, and adapt quickly

Comfortable working in a collaborative environment across different teams
