QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate musical competence and the ability to lead congregational worship and choir.
- Demonstrate a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
- Support the church’s statement of faith And the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
- Maintain a lifestyle consistent with biblical standards and expectations for pastoral leadership. II Timothy 2:15
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of the music ministry including Sunday morning service, choir, and special events.
- Oversee preparation of on-screen preparation, worship media,and video content for services.
- Oversee the operation of sound and video equipment.
- Work in coordination with the senior pastor.
