Mojo seeks a Recruiting, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations, including hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You will coach site leaders, build local hiring pipelines, and partner with operations to meet staffing and engagement goals.
The role requires on‑site presence across the territory, with four days per week on site and flexibility for events and shifts. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position.
