Account Executive

Rhyme & Reason Design is seeking an Account Executive to join our team of creatives. In this role, you will help guide projects from concept to completion by managing client communications, coordinating project execution and developing marketing content across a diverse portfolio of clients, including destination marketing organizations, Greek-letter organizations, nonprofits and other "cool companies." The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a skilled writer and an organized self-starter with a desire to work in a collaborative agency environment.

Must Haves 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp (or a similar platform)
Experience developing social media content and supporting social media strategy
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Knowledge of the sorority and fraternity experience
Experience working with tourism, hospitality or destination marketing organizations
Fully remote model, meeting in-person quarterly for planning events in the Atlanta area
