ClearGov is seeking a Manager, Growth & Customer Marketing to lead a two-person team and own ClearGov’s full-funnel growth motion - from a prospect’s first touch through expansion revenue with existing customers. You’ll manage and develop a team of two: one focused on inbound (SEO/AEO) and net-new ABM/ABX campaigns, the other on customer marketing for cross-sell and upsell.
You inherit both with real runway to grow in scope and title as the team’s results build. This is a player-coach role.
