BairesDev is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll turn our existing client base and our sales collateral into a genuine growth lever for the company.
You will inherit a team of about eight people across three functions, define the strategy yourself, and collaborate with executives from Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.
