BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will transform our existing client base and sales collateral into a growth lever for the company, inheriting an experienced team of about eight across three functions from day one.
You will own product marketing positioning, lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, run Customer Marketing and Events, and define KPIs.
