Senior Living Growth and Marketing Director

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Sales and Marketing Director for Oakmont of Pacific Beach. You will generate and manage leads, guide move-ins, and work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft an aggressive marketing plan to hit occupancy targets.
You’ll create trust with prospective residents and families, plan events, and build relationships with community organizations to drive referrals and growth. A strong background in marketing or outside sales is required.
