Business Development Supervisor

Business Development Supervisor Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, the Granite VNA Business Development Supervisor is responsible for developing and strengthening business partnerships that drive growth in hospice and home health referrals. This position leads the execution of strategic business development activities and is accountable for achieving the organization's referral and admissions growth objectives. The employee will be scheduled to work Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. However, occasional evening, weekend or holiday work hours maybe needed based on Agency needs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific abilities include reading, writing and speaking in English, normal or correctable vision with the ability to accurately discern colors, and hearing. This position requires the ability to use a computer to document patient care. Specific abilities include use of fine motor skills to type, write and perform professional skills. This position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. This position requires the ability to minimally lift up to 25 lbs. This position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; and Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in business development, marketing, or related field with a proven track record of leading a team in incremental growth. Experience in hospice and home health preferred.
