UI/UX Researcher & Designer Job at Virtual Vocations Inc in New York

To enhance user interactions with medical imaging products, the full-time UI/UX Researcher & Designer will independently manage research and design processes, collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive experiences based on user needs and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify opportunities and shape product direction
Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications
Build trust with users through empathy and active listening, presenting findings and leading critique sessions to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and synthesizing user research findings
Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
