Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM and lifecycle across Lou Malnati’s and Tastes of Chicago. The role drives email, push, SMS, and in-app communications for the loyalty program and oversees lifecycle marketing for the nationwide shipping business.
The hybrid position is based with our support center in Buffalo Grove, IL, and requires partnering with Brand, Digital and Operations teams to optimize journeys and revenue.
