Sales Marketing Executive

Lead sales and marketing for Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA. Full-time days, no weekend rotation required.

Company Overview
Elm Crest Senior Living Community, part of the American Baptist Homes of the Midwest family of communities, is looking for a relationship-driven Sales Counselor to lead occupancy growth across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Serve as the primary sales and marketing contact for the community

Responsibilities

Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process

Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the local community

Plan marketing events, educational programs, and outreach initiatives

Manage leads, inquiries, and follow-up through the CRM system

Work with leadership on sales strategy and census goals

Help families complete applications, agreements, and move-in coordination

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales and/or marketing experience

Fluent in English

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience will be considered)

Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare marketing

Full-time, salaried. Flexible daytime hours, including occasional evening or weekend community events.
