Prepress Graphic Design and Customer Service

This onsite role supports prepress graphic design and day-to-day production processing while also providing customer service for Yakima Label, LLC in Union Gap, WA.

Role Overview
The position involves receiving and processing customer files, updating artwork for proofs and plates, and maintaining online portal updates tied to orders and job processing. You will also assist customers through phone and email, including answering calls and supporting customers with file preparation guidance for printing.

Responsibilities

Receive, manipulate, and process customer files.

Communicate with customers via phone and email to assist and educate them on preparing files for printing.

Create print-ready PDFs for proofing, imposition, and production.

Stay current on latest technologies and software tools.

Answer telephones and take orders when needed.

Provide email and telephone support to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Compensation
$18.00 to $23.00 per hour to start (DOE), with room for growth.
