Head of Solutions Marketing at BairesDev is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. You will shape strategy and grow our client-focused initiatives, inheriting a team of about eight across three functions from day one.
You will define positioning and messaging, drive go-to-market plans, and collaborate with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing to turn our client base into a growth engine.
