BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new customer marketing area, reporting to the CMO. You will turn our existing client base and sales collateral into a growth lever and manage a team of eight across three functions from day one.
You will own positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for service lines, lead campaigns, events, and ABM programs with revenue targets and close alignment with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.
