Lead Creative Producer: High-Impact D2C Ads

Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a highly systematic Lead Creative Producer to own the ad creative for our core D2C subscription product.
You will lead a team of about 10, set the creative strategy, and ensure every ad meets a high quality standard. You will report to the CMO and UA Lead, analyze results in depth, and build production systems that speed up output while driving ROI across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok and Applovin.
