Director of Customer Marketing & Growth

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will transform our existing client base and sales collateral into a growth lever, overseeing a team of about eight across three functions.
You'll define strategy, hire and set KPIs, partner with Sales and Delivery, and drive campaigns including upsell, cross-sell, events, and client references to achieve revenue goals.
