The role focuses on guiding homeowners from contract signing through a one-day bath remodel, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.
You’ll build relationships, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to keep projects moving and deliver a seamless customer experience.
