NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Site Experience Team Lead to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL . This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level hospitality, event coordination, and administrative support
- Foster a welcoming, professional environment for employees, guests, and vendors
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue sourcing, setup, and teardown
- Oversee catering, AV, and vendor management for events
- Manage mail operations, shipments, and office supplies
- Support administrative programs, operational projects, and process improvements
- Provide backup support for facilities, security, and onsite duties as needed
