Gen is seeking a senior activation leader to own the end-to-end onboarding and activation journey for MoneyLion’s Instacash product. You will drive how new users move from sign-up to first monetized action, and oversee activation, disbursement, retention and cross-sell hand-offs.
You will partner with acquisition and product teams, design effective nurture paths, and leverage AI decisioning signals while aligning with analytics on incremental lift.
