GetBetter. is a fitness technology startup on a mission to reward people for staying active.

Our mobile app allows users to check in at gyms, fitness studios, and real-world activities to track their consistency and earn real gift card rewards from popular brands.

We're building a platform that connects fitness, community, and rewards, making it more exciting and rewarding for people to maintain an active lifestyle.

GetBetter. is also backed by rapper and entrepreneur Waka Flocka Flame , who is involved as a strategic partner, bringing opportunities to expand our reach through fitness communities, events, and entertainment.

As we expand across the United States, we're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals who want hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage technology company.

About the Role
We're seeking a Business Development & Growth Intern to help accelerate GetBetter's user acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.

You'll work directly with the founder to identify growth opportunities, establish relationships with fitness businesses and communities, and develop creative strategies to introduce GetBetter to new users.

This is an opportunity to gain real startup experience and make a measurable impact on a growing consumer technology company.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and contact gyms, boutique fitness studios, and fitness instructors across the U.S.

Build relationships with studio owners, instructors, campus organizations, and fitness communities.

Assist with partnership outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding.

Research new markets and partnership opportunities.

Growth & User Acquisition

Develop strategies to drive app downloads, check-ins, and subscriptions.

Help launch GetBetter. at universities and within college fitness communities.

Identify campus ambassadors, influencers, and potential referral partners.

Support grassroots marketing initiatives, fitness events, and community activations.

Test creative approaches to attracting and retaining users.

Marketing & Strategy

Research competitors, fitness trends, and potential distribution channels.

Help execute social media and influencer outreach campaigns.

Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and growth performance.

Collaborate directly with the founder on growth experiments and strategic initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

Current college students interested in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, or technology.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable reaching out to businesses, creators, and potential partners.
