The role suits a recent graduate or early-career designer who loves making things look great and also enjoys the organization, communication, and follow-through needed to get projects out the door on time. You'll design materials for multiple brands, locations, and channels, and help make sure they're deployed correctly.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who takes pride in polished, on-brand work and also enjoys keeping projects organized and on schedule. They are the person who designs the flyer, gets it approved, sends it to the printer, and makes sure it's in the store before the event.

They don't need to be an expert in every marketing channel. They should have strong design fundamentals, be eager to learn, take ownership of their work, and be comfortable working on both creative and operational tasks.
