Spring Health is seeking an AI Conversation Designer to craft empathetic, clinically valid AI interactions across web and mobile. This writing-focused role partners with Clinical and Product teams to shape language, tone, and flows that drive meaningful behavior change while maintaining user-centered care.
The position is hybrid and based in New York City, with in-office cadence 2–3 days per week at our Madison Ave location. Relocation within the NYC area is supported if needed.
