Leading the link-building program, the full-time Senior SEO Outreach Specialist will design outreach strategies, run high-value campaigns, and coordinate with SEO, content, and GTM teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Design and own the link-building roadmap, including domain tiering frameworks and campaign sequencing
Run complex outreach campaigns while establishing quality standards and playbooks for the team
Build and manage long-term relationships with key publishers and journalists in the healthcare media space
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in SEO outreach with a proven track record in scaling link-building programs
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and manage external relationships
Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, outreach sequencing, and CRM systems
Experience mentoring or coordinating the work of junior team members
Bonus: Background in healthcare or related fields
