Performance Marketing Lead (Remote) - High-Ticket Coaching

Sur Global is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for our high-ticket coaching and education offerings. You will drive campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube and influence landing pages, creative direction, and email flows to maximize revenue.
This is a full-time, in-house role collaborating with marketing and sales. You will manage substantial ad spend, optimize funnels from awareness to booked calls, and use AI tools to improve analysis and campaign efficiency.
