Remote Performance Marketing Lead — High-Ticket Coaching

MM Coaching Limited is seeking a results-driven marketing leader to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for an eight-figure men’s coaching company. You will drive paid media, CRO, email, and conversion strategies end-to-end, reporting to the CEO and founder.
You will inherit a proven funnel, data, and a team, with a clear path to CMO. You’ll fix underperforming channels, raise standards, and scale to the next level through strategic testing and creative direction.
