Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is to lead integrated communications initiatives that elevate our brand, engage audiences, and support business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across messaging, brand identity, digital communications, and creative production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for design, and excels at delivering well-architected insight-driven messaging across internal and external channels.

Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, creative strategy, or related discipline. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Email Marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaborations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead design and branding initiatives from concept through execution. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Competencies/Skills
Expertise in brand management and visual identity. Ability to turn technical content into clear, compelling messaging. Proficiency with marketing automation and content management tools. Knowledge of photography, video, and multimedia production. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience mentoring junior talent.
