If we’re scaling spend profitably, improving acquisition efficiency, and learning faster because of the decisions you’re driving, you’re doing your job.

About the Job
We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to help scale an early-stage, high-growth wellness brand.

This role sits at the center of our paid acquisition engine, with a heavy emphasis on Meta. You’ll own day-to-day campaign execution and optimization while partnering closely with Growth and Creative leadership to shape testing priorities, allocate budgets, and identify opportunities for profitable scale.

You’ll join at a stage where your work can meaningfully influence how the brand grows. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being deep in ad accounts, troubleshooting performance, and building repeatable systems as the business evolves.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong performance marketing instincts with operational discipline and wants hands‑on ownership in a fast-moving consumer business.

What You’ll Do:

Own day-to-day management and optimization of Meta campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, scaling, and creative testing

Support paid media efforts across additional channels, including Google, podcast, and linear/TV, as the media mix expands

Scale spend profitably against agreed MER, CAC, and contribution margin targets

Analyze performance daily, identify the drivers behind changes, and make timely optimization decisions

Build, launch, and iterate campaigns, audiences, offers, and creative tests at high velocity

Partner closely with the Creative team to develop testing priorities, share actionable feedback, and turn winning concepts into scalable campaigns

Collaborate with Growth leadership on forecasting, budget allocation, and channel planning

Monitor acquisition and funnel performance, including CAC, CVR, AOV, MER, and contribution margin, while incorporating retention insights into acquisition decisions

Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, offers, and the customer journey

Build reporting, testing, and campaign management systems that help the team move faster

Use AI tools to improve analysis, workflows, creative iteration, and operational efficiency

Stay current on platform changes, creative trends, and emerging DTC acquisition strategies

You’ll Love This Role If…

You enjoy being deep in ad accounts and making optimization decisions daily

You thrive in an early-stage environment where you can help build the systems and playbooks

You combine analytical thinking with strong creative instincts

You want meaningful ownership over performance outcomes and budget decisions

You enjoy collaborating with creatives and translating performance data into useful direction

You like testing quickly, learning from results, and finding new opportunities to scale

You’ll Hate This Role If…

You prefer slow-moving environments with multiple approval layers

You want a purely strategic role with limited hands‑on execution

You struggle to make decisions with imperfect information

You dislike accountability tied directly to business performance

You need established playbooks for every situation

You’re uncomfortable with shifting priorities as a young brand grows

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for DTC, eCommerce, or high-growth consumer brands

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and performance-focused campaign scaling

Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Shopify, or similar DTC analytics tools

Experience managing significant monthly budgets and making disciplined scaling decisions

Proven ability to grow spend profitably while maintaining efficiency targets

Strong understanding of MER, CAC, contribution margin, attribution, and DTC economics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail

Experience collaborating with creative teams to improve testing and performance

Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, landing pages, offer strategy, and conversion optimization

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and testing initiatives simultaneously

Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment

Fluency with AI tools and practical experience using them to improve workflows, analysis, and execution

Nice to Have

Experience scaling an early-stage wellness, supplement, or consumer health brand

Familiarity with Google, podcast, or linear/TV media buying

Familiarity with advertising policies and claims considerations for wellness products
