Location: Ponte Vedra, FL 32004. This position is based in the Ponte Vedra office, while our client footprint extends well beyond the immediate area.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.

Our partners at Darr Schackow Insurance (DSI) seek a driven and relationship‑focused Commercial Lines Producer with experience in agriculture insurance or a strong interest in building a niche within the agricultural industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a book of commercial insurance business
- Build relationships with farm owners, growers, and agricultural operations
- Identify client risks and design tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver exceptional client support
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer
- Agriculture insurance experience is highly preferred
- Commercial Lines experience and a strong interest in the agriculture sector encouraged to apply
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong sales, relationship‑building, and communication skills
