Technical Writer and Trainer

To support a large-scale federal healthcare modernization initiative, the full-time remote Trainer / Technical Writer will develop high-quality technical documentation and training materials while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and maintain technical and end-user documentation for enterprise applications and business processes
Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials and sessions for end users
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather documentation requirements and evaluate training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or technical training
Demonstrated experience creating documentation for software or enterprise technology
Experience developing and delivering training materials for technical or application-based training
Familiarity with Agile software development or technology implementation environments
