Develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth. Lead marketing initiatives, campaigns, and team activities. Manage marketing budgets, projects, and vendor relationships. Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals. Brand Development & Lead Generation

Build brand awareness throughout our service areas. Develop advertising campaigns, promotions, and customer communications. Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategies. Identify opportunities to attract new customers and generate qualified leads. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Performance & Growth

Track marketing KPIs, lead generation, campaign performance, and return on investment. Analyze results and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness. Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership. What Makes You a Great Fit

Marketing experience with demonstrated campaign success. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and advertising campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing technology. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to results. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience leading marketing teams or coordinating vendors. Familiarity with lead generation and marketing analytics. HVAC, plumbing, or home services marketing experience.
